About:Hong Kong International Airport

We will arrive in Hong Kong on China Airlines and then travel on to Bali, Indonesia with Air Asia.

we have 2.5 hours layover in HKIA. Would that be enough time to travel from China Airlines' terminal to Air Asia's terminal and do we need to go through custom. Please advise, thank you.

Well, Air China flights arrive at T1, and Air Asia flights depart from T2. The time is enough for you. You needn't go through customs. ALl procedures can be finished in transit area :)
