hi, what is the weather like in early august 2016 in hong kong?

I am going to there with my family (4 adults) from 2nd. to 7th of August in 2016. I was wondering how the weather will be like and whether it's better for outdoor activities or indoor activities. Also, does it rain a lot and what type of clothing should I bring?

It will be very hot and wet during that period. The temperature may range from 28C to 33C, so you'd better prepare enough summer clothing like shorts and shirts. There shall be many thuderstorms by then, but it will stop soon. Generally, outdoor activities are feasible. Wear sunglasses, hats and bring suncream.
