Hi, the ticketing window of railway stations are open around the clock. For ticket offices in downtown areas, they usually open around 08:30 - 09:00, and close 17:00 - 18:00. At any of the counters, buying tickets for the day after is available; the only concern is that tickets may be sold out in advance. So for hot routes, it is best to book tickets in advance.
