About:Mount Huashan

Climb Mt. huashan in jan 2016

Hi, i'm intending to climb the mountain in jan 2016.
1. Is it possible to go up all the 5 peaks in a day?
2. if it is, and i want to experience sunrise there, do i have to stay for the night? what is the cost for staying overnight?
3. please suggest the best way to start climbing the mt. for all the 5 peaks.

1&2. Well, it is possible if you are energetic enough. If you want to see the sunrise, You need to spend one night at the top of the mountian. There are several hotels for you to choose from, such as North Peak Hotel, East Peak Hotel, West Peak Hotel, etc. It costs about CNY 120-150 per night. In the next morning, you can see the beautiful sunrise.
3. The best route is to hike North Peak and East Peak at first at night. Upon arrival at East Peak at dawn, you can have a rest at the hotel. In the next morning, you can see the sunrise, and continue to hike the other peaks. .
