2016 changes for me and my husband

Hello. I was born on Oct 2nd, 1979. I keep reading how my career is very difficult for me this year. Can I get more clarity what difficulties I will face?
Me and my husband are planning to move to another state, something we both really want. He has been looking for a job in west coast. What are our chances of moving this year?
