About:China Private Visit Visa

who should make invitation letter for me, my sister or her husband?

my sister has s1 visa and her husband has working Z type.
we have a little bit problem with our birth certificate. cause my middle name is LATOZA and her is LATOSA. will it be affect my application?

Lovelle, can I know which type you want to apply? If you go there for tourism purpose, you just need an invitation letter either from your sister or from your brother-in-law. The birth certificate is not required.

Im applying for s2 type..if my brother-in-law will be the one to invite me, what supporting documents we need to prepare? Thank you so much.

Dear, I'm afraid you can't apply for the S2 type if your brother-in-law is the one who invites you, but you can give it a shot anyway. The supporting documents include a photocopy of his passport and residence permit as well as your relationship certificate. You may need to go to the relevant authorities in your country to get this certificate. Only your birth certificate and your sister's are not enough to prove your relationship.
