About:Visa Policy of China

Visa Inquiry for attending a meeting

Hi I'm Roger Rocaberte from Cebu Philippines, last week my boss in China wanted me to go to there to attend a three (3) day meeting in Beijing and Tianjin. I already have a flight booking ready, my flight schedule will be on January 11-15, 2016. However, I dont have a Chinesse entey permit. What will I do? What type to apply? How many days will it take? What are the documents needed for Application? How much is the Fee?

Roger, you should apply for a business M type. You need to provide the application form, a recently-taken bareheaded color photo, your passport and an invitation letter from your trade partner in PRC. It it’s your first time to apply for it, you also need to provide your financial support proof or income certificate. It usually takes 4 working days to process your application and charges 1,400 pesos. Besides, urgent service (collecting it on the third working day) and rush service (collecting it on the second working day) are provided and they charge 2,500 pesos and 3,100 pesos separately.
