Yes, delivery service is still available during the festival. However, it might take a bit long time because only some postmen are on duty.0

NO, the postal service also follow the same holiday calendar. They will resume after the week-long holidays over.0

Actually, they are open during the holiday. I used to send a parcel on the second day of January on Chinese lunar calendar in 2010. You should go to the bigger ones. The small branches are usually closed.0
