Is it worth to visit Luoping in end March 2016?

Will be visiting Yunnan from end March to early April. Intend to visit Luoping for two days before moving on to Dali. Can anyone advise?

Oh, it's still worth to visit Luoping in the end of March. Generally speaking, the scenery will be declined in the middle of April. So you can see the golden ocean of cole flowers at that time. Have fun!
