About:China Visa

Can I apply for Chinese visa in Penang?

Hi I'm travelling to Guangzhou next month and I would like to ask can I apply for entry permit in Penang rather than KL following the newly opening of Colsulate General of China in Penang?

Darren, you cannot apply for it in Penang and you should apply for it at the CVASC in Kuala Lumpur. Although the consulate general of PRC in Penang has been set up, relevant consular services haven’t been provided by so far.
