Please advice about transport from chengdu airport to downtown. I arrive about 11 pm.

Well, don't worry. There are still airport shuttle buses at that time (operating till the arrival of the last flight). You can take shuttle bus line 1 to get to Minshan Hotel first. Then take a taxi to your destination directly.1
