Bringing dog in a high speed train

Planning to travel end of January from Jingjiang, Fujian to Fuzhou, Fujian. Please help for any procedures and requirements for bringing a dog. Any advise, is highly appreciated.

Dog is not allowed for boarding, except Guide Dogs. You may need to find an express company instead.
