Can I purchase multiple tickets in advance (3-day -tickets/ 1-day tickets) and pay with American Express ?If, where ? For example in Pudong Airport ?

Well, I'm afraid that you cannot use American Express. You are suggested to prepare enough cash to buy the tickets. This way also brings convenience to you. You can buy such tickets in th Customer Service Center of  almost every metro station. So U can surely get one at PVG Station. Don't worry. :)
