First, ask your employer to send you a work permit and an invitation letter from duly authorized unit. Second, prepare your application documents, including your passport, a copy of the passport's data page, a fully completed application form glued with your recently-taken color bare-headed photo, and the original and photocopy of your entry permit or stay permit in Uzbekistan. Last, go to the embassy to submit all required documents.0
