Any place where I can keep my luggage for 1 day? What is the cost?

Yes, you can store your luggage in the left-counters in the east & west, public area of the Arrival Lobby, 2F, T3-C. The charge is CNY30-60 for a whole day/24h and the fee may vary a little due to the different sizes.
