About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hello! I was wondering what are the requirement to obtain a S2 visa in Thailand

or L type with 90 days entries. I am currently working in China and my brother is here with me on a L type. However we are trying to avoid leaving every 60 days. What are the options for us? we are both British
Thank you so much for your help in advance

Marie, may I know how long does your brother want to stay in PRC? If it's longer than 180 days, he should apply for the S1 type rather than the S2 type. Is his current L type a multiple entry permit? If yes, it's not necessary to change it to an S2 type because the S2 type allows him to stay for 60 days or 90 days at most after each entry.
