Visiting Beijing 5 days, Xian 3 days then Shanghai 5 days not sure which visa I need

Alison, if you visit for sightseeing purpose, you need a tourist L type.

Thank you, is l type for single entry or do I require multiple entry due to travelling around. Do you know cost.

Dear, only a single entry is needed if you don't leave China during this trip. The cost for a single entry L type is 96 pounds if you apply from the CVASC in UK.
