how long is the steep mountain climb to reach the po lin monastery?

We are going on a tour.   My wife is concerned about the steep mountain hick we will have to climb in order to get to the monastery.   Does anyone have an idea of how much time we will be hiking to get to the monastery?

Well, actually, you don't need to climb up the get to the monastery. Most tourists choose to take the cable car to get to Big Buddha. It only takes around 25 mins on the way. Then just walk to the destination. This way saves time and energy.
