Hoping for a better 2016

Hi, I was born in 11/25/1985 and my wife on 12/15/87. 2015 was the lowest point in our life. My wife chose to become a fulltime mom and i worked to support our family. I changed job twice this year and my most recent work(real estate sales head), i got demoted which hit us financially. In addition, we have a condo we're selling and it has been more than six months but still no luck. We were hoping to use the condo sale as capital for a new business where we plan to invest in a food cart or enter the health industry. My dilemma is if we will put up this business and stick with my job hoping to have a better year, or i resign and just focus on the business. Need help to keep us motivated. :)

Hey, you shouldn't lose hope. If you plan to put up your business, you can do that this year. You will meet your lucky star will give you much help. However, your finance fortune doesn't seem good. So I am not sure if you can sell your condo successfully.

Another thing you should keep in mind is that obey traffice rules and be very careful on the road. It's said that you might have traffic accidents.

I really can't tell. But if you try your best and keep working on it, you still have a chance. If you plan to leave, then you can't sell the island successfully.

Thank you so much. I just have another question, i have this big deal where im the middle man for an island sale, will it share the same fate as my condo? :( would you advise me to leave my job if i am able to sell any of these deals or retain my job and do these businesses on the side? :)
