Xian airport to bell tower after 2200

Hi, i will arrive airport around 2230, what is the cheapest way to bell tower?

The cheapest way is to take Xishaomen Line to the terminus: Airport Business Hotel for CNY 25. The bus operates until the arrival of last flight, so you can certainly catch it. Then, take a taxi to your hotel for about CNY 15-20.
