About:Badaling Great Wall

How to get to the great wall from tianmen square?

Hi, i am staying at kings joy hotel, 81 Meishi Street. i was wondering what the best method of getting to the Badaling would be?
My friend told me to just catch the subway, but i don't think he was right.

The closest subway station for me is Line 2, Qianmen

Yes, you can take subway line 2 to Xizhimen Station. Get out from Exit A1 and walk to Beijing North Railway Station to take S2 train to get to there. Or get off at Jishuitan Station, get out from Exit A and walk to Deshengmen. There you can take bus no.877 to reach the wall.
