Seek for fortune in year 2016, is this year a better year to start again?

I am a fire snake born April 3, 1977. Separated and no child now single. My question is, year 2016 is a good year to start for me? Job career, business plans to pursue? Is this year a good start for me to find my soulmate? Or just focus my job career and my business plan? Please advise me.
