Hello, Im a foreigner master student living in Wroclaw.

I wanna to apply for a chinese tourist L type entry permit but I have not applied for a resident permit yet, because my visa is still valid until september 2016. Can I still apply for the L type entry permit without resident permit? Only with my long stay polish entry permit?
