About:Shanghai Transportation

Where we can buy Jiao Tong Ka in Shanghai?

is ther different fare for adult and child? And if we still have deposit on the card, can it be refunded?

Hi, you can easily get a Transportation Card in the Customer Service Center of any metro station. As I know, there is no different between kids and adults cards, but for kids under 1.3m, they can ride public transportation for free.

And when returning the card, you can retrieve your balance and refundable CNY20 (fee for the card itself).
