About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

Permanent residency.

Hello. I am a German citizen living and working in china for over 10 years in the position of general Manager. In the last 6 years I have paid annually over 300.000 RMB in income taxes, and managing an export oriented foreign investment company with an export volume of more than 100.000.000 million us dollars. I still need to apply every year for a stay permit which last for one year each time. Do I have a realistic chance to receive a permanent residency ?

Dear, according to what you mentioned above, I think you satisfy the requirements of permanent residence permit for employment. You can have a try to apply for it. But I don’t think it has a great chance to succeed because only 200 foreign nationals get it per year.
