Opening time of Chinese embassy in January 2016

Ed, you didn't tell where you are right now. If you are in UK, then you should apply from the CVASC centers in London, Manchester or Edinburgh. So far, they haven't published holiday arrangements for 2016. However, I personally think you should come on any working days after January 3, 2016.

Based on my experience, the embassy will be open on 28th of this month. The opening hours are from 9:00 to 12:00 inther morning. You partner can submit the application form for you.
