In your case, you can apply for Q1 type. But I don't know if you can change your current type to Q1 successfully at local entry and exit management bureau without leaving. If they agree that you can change without leaving, then you should provide your passport, application form, passport photo, temporary accomodation registration form, your marriage certificate, your wife's Chinese ID card (copy version) and invitation letter from her.

If you are married in Pakistan, then your marriage certificate has to be authenticated by Chinese embassy.
