Where is 'Turcart' train station/town located in china? (Its on your train destinations map)

Hello,
I'm planning a trip to China and i was looking at possible sidetrips when im traveling in the far west of China by rail. I noticed there is a station on the map called 'Turcart' which is an offshoot of the Kashgar rail line.
I understand it might be a station or railway line that is not completed yet, but im wondering what the name of that destination (town or station name) is?
I have looked up 'Turcart' in google and nothign has come up, also after a quick check of google maps i have found no major cities in the area.
I am just wondering where this is? Can i have a name of the place?
Thanks.

It is a land port to Kirghizstan country, you could take bus but no rail. It is called 吐尔尕特口岸 in Chinese, you could try to search.
