About:Getting to Harbin

I am travelling with my son who is 4 years old to Harbin.

Is there any special care I need to take for him? Do I need to pay entrance fee at the tourist spots for him?

Well, it is cold in the city. You need to dress your son in warm clothes, such as down jackets, thick sweaters, warm pants, boot, scarves, and gloves. At most scenic spots, children who stand less than 3.9 feet (1.2 meters) are admitted free of charge.
