Harbin Airport to Mango Holiday Apartment

What is the best way to reach and time taken using public transport? I will be in the city for 3 days. Can you suggest me an itinerary for the same as well?

Well, you may take airport shuttle bus line 1 to Tongdajie Station for about CNY 20. Afterwards, take a taxi to the hotel for about CNY 10. You may arrange your itinerary this way.
Day 1: Saint Sophia Cathedral- Central Avenue- Stalin Park
Day 2: Sun Island Park- Polarland- Ice& Snow World
Day 3: Dragon Tower- Heilongjiang Museum
