I'm sri lankan. My daughter is studing in chengdu. we are planing to visit russia in august vacation. how can my daughter get russian entry permit in chengdu?

In this case, tourist entry permit is needed. Your daughter should prepare those required documents: the application form, her passport and copy of its data page, a recent bareheaded color photo, round trip air tickets (copy), an invitation letter issued by Russia travel agency as well as the residence permit in PRC.
