About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

Connecting flight from Guangzhou

Hi,

I am travelling to India from Vancouver via CAN this week. My airline is China Southern and layover time is 1 and a half hour.Can you help me with all the procedures that I need to follow once I land there? Do I need to fill in arrival departure cards? Go to customs as well? Which side is the transfer desk and how long will it take? On which terminal does China Southern operate?

Upon landing at CAN, you need to go through Inspection and Quarantine first. Then, transfer after entering International Transit Hall. You need to check in, have ur boarding pass stamped at the immigration, and security check. Afterwards, wait and board.

If you don't leave the transit area, you needn't fill in the cards. The transfer desk can be found on 1F, East-I Bridge. Are you going to travel with China Southern for the two trips? If yes, the staff of China Southern will help you to make the transfer on time. There is only one terminal at CAN by the way. :)
