Hello, dear, it may be possible. But, first, you should find a company to hire you and your employer will get you the work permit. With the work permit and other required documents, you can apply for work entry permit. The required documents include the application form, recently-taken bareheaded color photo, photocopy of your passport, photocopy of proof of academic qualifications and relevant work experience.
If you post your application to HK immigration department directly, it charges 190HKD; if you submit it to the embassy of PRC, it charges 3,000 Rupee, while if the embassy transfer the application to HK immigration department, it costs 5,000 Rupee (including extra 2,000 Rupee for communication fee) altogether.
