Luggages store in Taiwan before check-in

Hi,

My flight will arrive at Taoyuan by 10am,most of the hotel check in hours is 3pm or 5pm,is it safe to leave/store our luggages to the reception of the hotel in taipei?

If i'm to wait for the check-in I may waste my whole day or need to visit places with all the huge luggages.

So i'm wondering will it be safe to store them at the hotel.probably I will be accommodating at ximending area
