What's the difference between International Hotel & Beihai hotel ? why do we need to change the hotels in Huangshan ?

Hi, International hotel is located in the downtown area of Huangshan, while Bihai hotel is on the Huangshan mountain. In this tour, you will take cable car up to the mountain on the second day, so you will stay one night in the Beihai Hotel.
