Hi,I'll be there from 30/11/15 to 05/01/16. i'm thinking of heading to the Great Wall on 1st Jan 2016. Are you able to recommend where I can book private drivers to take me to the Wall and the Ming Tombs? Does it make a difference if it's New Year's Day, in terms of price and crowd?Also, are you able to advise if there will be any fireworks on New Year's Eve (31st Dec) in the city?Thanks.

Hey, it is wise to hire a private car to tour around. It is best to turn to your hotel to contact a trustworthy driver. And the charge may be a little higher, but not that exaggerating. Don't worry! Countdown for the New Year can be found at Temple of Heaven, the Place (Shimao Tianjie), etc. but as I know fireworks are not allowed for celebration.
