What is the best way to travel from Qinyang to Jincheng?

Is the Jincheng in Shanxi Province? If so, you can travel by long-distance bus. I heard there are two schedules at 07:30 ad 12:00. But you'd better make a further confirmation from Qinyang Coach Station as it changes every now and then.1
