I would like to travel to Hong Kong as a tourist in the end of December. Do i need a visa?

I am a citizen of Kenya living in Denmark and having Danish permanent residence permit.

Where and how can i apply? How much does it cost? What are the other requirements e.g vaccination?
I have tried to call your telephone lines but can not reach you.
