I need an update about cable car, does the Yungu Cable Car operates this month?

Yes, the cable car still operates in December.
The opening hours are from 07:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and 06:30 to 17:00 on weekends & holidays.
The ticket fare is CNY 65 for a single trip.
