accommodation and bus time table

I need to visit Guangzhou. If my depart is zhangzhou, and I need to take overnight bus. Could you give me information about the station, time table and the fares?
In Guangzhou, I will stay for 1 night only, and would like to see shamian island and see pearl cruise night to see scenic at night. May I have any suggestions, what's the easiest transport to reach these 2 spots for oneday sight seeing? And I am really appreciate if you can give Accommodation suggestions that convenience for 3 of us, which not far away with the location of pearl river.
And from Guangzhou, we would like to go to hongkong by bullet train. What's the station to depart from and the ticket fares for this trip.
