Resident premit expiry date

Hi I'm an Iranian passport holder, currently I'm living in turkey with Turkish 1 year residence permit and now I'm planing to go to China to study Chinese language for 1 year.

I wanna know does the expiry date of my resident permit have any influence on my visa cause as my registration date is 25 feb I have to apply for my X type on 20 February and that time I will only left 5 months from my Turkish residence premit.
