Hong Kong Airport transfer to hotel

Can you please provide more details for the transfer from HKIA to Metropark Hotel Kowloon.

How do we avail the complimentary transfer?

Well, you may ride on Airport Express train (AE) to Kowloon Station, and then transfer to free shuttle bus line K5 to Metropark Hotel Kowloon. To ride the bus, you have to present proof of eligibility including AE train tickets (Single Journey, Same Day Return, Round Trip, AE Travel Pass), Airline ticket/ boarding pass, Airport Staff Octopus, AsiaWorld-Expo entry pass or event ticket.
