Am I Eligible? I'm booking a multi-city flight from South Korea to Beijing then Beijing to Atlanta.

Yes, you are eligible. First, the route is ok. Second, your nationality is America, which is on the list. Third, if you plan to stay for less than 72 hours in Beijing, your timeline is qualified. Remember that you should only transit in one China city when using this policy.
