Well, it depends on how many days you stay in HK.
If for three days or longer, Airport Express Travel Pass is suitable for you. It contains one or two Airport Express single journey(s) plus 3 consecutive days of unlimited travel on MTR (except Airport Express, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations). The fare is HK$220 (Single Trip) and HK$300 (Round Trip).

If it is much longer like a week or more, you are adviced to buy the Standard Octopus Card. It can be used on bus, subway, ferry and taxi. And you will enjoy some discounts. For adult, the deposit is 50 HKD and the initial stored value is 100 HKD.

If you just stay one day, you can buy Adult Tourist Day Pass. It includes one day of unlimited travel on the metro and Light Rail (except Airport Express, MTR Bus, East Rail Line First Class and travel to/from Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau stations). It costs 55 HKD per adult.
