About:China Talent Visa

Who can tell me any requirement to get the R Visa?

By looking at other questions related to the R type, I have only seen everyone steered away from it. I am a highly specialized professional and a subject matter expert in my field. You don't need to know anything other than that. What is the requisite documentation necessary and who is the approving authority? Please provide references and contact information to the government entities so I can contact them and verify this. Thank you, if you are directly answering my question. Please understand that I am not interested in any other visa as I already have a Z type and residence permit but would like information for future applications if I decide to apply for the R type.

John, the required documents include a copy of business license from the entity which hires you, a passport, an application form, three bareheaded photos, a letter from the entity, a visa notification from the approving authority, and your qualification certificates. The approving authority should be the local Foreign Expert Administration Bureau or Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Could you tell me which city will you move to?
