what month and date in 2016 to start to build apartment? my birthday is august 11 1977

Melanie, there are many auspicious dates in every month. I think you should follow others people to to choose a month first. For example, if people in your town usually build houses in July, then you should choose July. And then I can help you find some auspicious dates.
