From hangzhou airport to hotel in town

I stay at Oakwood residence (28 Jiaogong Road, Xihu) , and I like to take bus, do you have suggestion?

It's suggested to take airport shuttle bus to get to Wulinmen CAAC Ticket Office first. The duration is about 45 mins. It costs CNY 20 per person. After arriving, take a taxi to your hotel. The cab fare is about CNY 11 in the day time.

Well, by cab it costs around CNY100 to your hotel and it takes around 35min.
