As I know, there are several electronics malls near Gangding Station of Metro line 3, such as Tianhe Electronics City and Pacific Computer City. It might be a little more expensive to buy in the city than online. For instance, the price of a personal computer might be about CNY 300 higher. But the quality is guaranteed.
