Speakers with lithium battery

Hello,
Are Bluetooth Speakers & small headsets with lithium batteries (unmovable) allowed in check in bags?
if i take 4 speakers as carry on, will that be acceptable?

Ibn, batteries are required to be taken in your carry-on luggge.
