About:Hangzhou Public Bicycle

Will there be any helmet or locker available for Hangzhou public bike?

What if i need to park my bike for shopping and meal purposes?

The public bike doesn't have helmet. But don't worry. They have lockes. You can lock it when you go shopping or have meals.
